A LOVE LETTER TO LOVE

Love is on the mind of many of us right now - we just had Valentine’s Day, there’s a beautiful conjunction between Venus and Mars happening, and now this Full Moon in Leo is here to keep the love vibes going.

 Love is a really important theme of this full moon to touch on because when we think of love, I think a lot of us jump to the idea of romantic or sexual love. Love is so much more than romance and can appear in our lives in so many different ways. The word “love” is often overused and it’s easy to forget what love truly means.

With this full moon, think about what love means to you. What do you love? I mean like, really, truly love. It can be a person (including yourself), a place, an object, a feeling or emotion, a moment, a concept and any number of combinations across these because there are no rules.

Find what you love and honor it - express it, tend to it, nurture it, and cherish it. Finding and honoring who and what love can often help us to get back on track and remind us of what is truly important in our lives. It can spark creativity and help to rediscover passions that maybe we’ve let fall by the wayside. It can inspire us to be better versions of ourselves to us and others.
