When can I expect to receive my order?

We ship within 1-3 business days and rely on USPS Priority as our preferred shipping method. Shipping notifications with tracking information are sent out via email the day parcels are dropped off for shipment. If you did not receive a shipping notification, please be sure to check any spam or junk folders. 

What is your return policy?

All of our sales are final. However, if your product was damaged during the shipping process, please contact us so we can work to replace the damaged item(s).

How much of a ritual bath soak jar should I use per bath?

We recommend using a third to half a jar per bath. You can also use one jar per bath if you're feeling extra indulgent! 

I don't have a bath tub, but I want to use your soaks! What can I do?

If you don't have access to a bath tub, you can use our soaks in a foot bath! Simply add a bit of our soak blend to a foot bath vessel and enjoy.
