Start by examining all aspects of your life. Look into things like your:

- Physical health
- Mental health
- Spiritual health
Where have you been expending the most of your energy? Is this where you want to be spending your energy? What has subsequently been put on the back burner? Think of your life like a pie chart: what can you do to make the slices as even as possible?
